The recycle pickup driver checks my recycle can almost every time he does a pick up to check for violations. If he finds one he leaves my recycle bin full and drives off. I do attempt to follow sanipac's guidelines and I admit, unintentional mistakes have been made. They then send you a threatening letter that they will cut off your service if you don't comply. When this driver finds nothing then all of a sudden they don't pick up my trash. 3 times out of 4. When you call them to get it picked up, they have no reason as to why it was left. I get the feeling some driver's are in cahoots to give their customers a hard time. The next letter I get threatening me to cancel my service, maybe I will do it instead. I have tried to find a way to file a complaint with their corporate but unable to find contact info. I guess it's time to go to the state's attorney general and council meetings as a starter to get my complaint across. Stop the intentional harrassment Sanipac!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Talk about crummy service my bins have not been emptied for a variety of reasons , none of which I could make even remote sense of. Office staff is made up of the Marx's brothers with all the skills and reasoning power of their fellow horn-blowing ,foot stomping dopplegangers.
I found a sanipac truck parked in eugene. Got pictures. The guy was sleeping. Always love to see diligence in action.
