Long story short, they never showed, after calling ahead over a week in advance, and confirming twice including the night before my 6 am pick up for the airport. Nearly missed my flight, luckily was able to get another taxi company to pick me up less than an hour before my flight. This after telling me “someone is on his way (1st call on day of flight), and “someone will be there in 10 minutes” (2nd call on day of flight), and finally “I don’t know when he’ll be there.” Never again.
Stood up. Never showed. Awoke husband to drive me to airport. I booked early. Confirmed day before and tried to call when driver wasn't there. I have no idea how to get reliable taxi service in eugene.
These guys are the best that I've found in the area. I travel frequently to the Eugene/ Springfield area and have had some bad experiences with mean and just pain rude cabbies in this area. These guys are committed to helping the customer and they also give Vets and Military families a break. They totally rock as far as I'm concerned.
Their friendly staff provide wonderful service at amazing prices. Only cab that can get me across town into Eugene for under 15$. I love executive taxi!
Very bad service.. taxi drivers are unfriendly. I had horrible experience with Roy taxi Driver he picked me up to take me the hospital. Was a long wait Nurse came and said they had 20 patients back waiting to be seen and only one Dr. So I decide I will go to urgent care in the Morning. So I call budget taxi back for return ride home. The Driver Roy gets out Yells your nit getting a ride home you need to see the Dr. Enters the hospital yelling Did she see A Dr. ? She needs to see the Dr. or not getting ride back home. We need a cover sheet to bill for the insurance to pay. yelling my business all in the hospital very embarrassing. Tells me not giving a ride I am abusing the system. so I call back to tell them what I went through with this irate taxi driver. they say they will be sending another taxi driver out. well 45 min pass I call again said be about 20 more minutes. I wait still no taxi I call about 35 min later and the taxi driver Roy answers because I guess they don't have a proper dispatch the taxi driver drives and does dispatch at the same time I personally think is very dangerous And very unprofessional. And tells me I said we are not picking you up until you see the Dr. I have used ride source after hours before with another taxi Company Oregon Taxi and never been treated like this never they are all friendly. Professional drivers. And don't make you wait hours for a ride. I will never use budget taxi again rather ride source, cash pay they are horrible. this is second time had problems with them I was over charged by driver Chris awhile back called the owner Denise and sound like oh well my problem deal with it... I would not recommend this taxi company to anybody.
I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes listening to an inane recording about how many cars they have, etc. before giving up and calling a different company.

I am a public safety employee working in the Eugene Springfield metro area. I recently evaluated a patient that did not want to go by ambulance to the hospital. This individual was intoxicated and only wanted a ride home. She stated that she would take a taxi home but did not have a phone to call one. Because I felt that this was an appropriate option for her to get home, I used my personal phone to call her a cab from Oregon Taxi. Skip forward to this afternoon as I attempt to arrange a cab from Oregon Taxi for my wife. The call-taker/dispatcher informed me that my number was black-listed because the individual that I helped last month didn't pay her cab driver the $20 fare. The dispatcher tried to be helpful and clear the blacklist note when I explained to her the circumstances. Unfortunately she was unable to make to note go away and when she asked someone else in the office for help with clearing the note, she was told that there was no way to do it and that "he shouldn't let people use his phone then". I'm very sorry that the cab driver that I called for last month wasn't compensated for their service. I feel that we were both trying to help an individual in a tough situation. I'm also very sorry that I even called Oregon Taxi in the first place. They've lost not only the $20 from that night last month but any future business that I might have given them.
Very good service, they've earned my business long-term. Always on time, the ride is comfortable, drivers are professional, and competitive rates.
These folks saved my bacon. I needed to get my kid to middle school when my car broke down. The driver was great and I was able to pay up front for the ride with my debit card. I would highly recommend.
