As a small business owner, I am aware how important honest reviews are for consumers. My boutique hired ES&A to instal our 2 outer signs with a 7 week quote in early September. Their sales rep Tracy was a very nice man and we had complete faith in them to follow through as promised. After multiple emails checking in with them as to where our sign was and watching multiple business around us have theirs installed (for half the price) from other local companies, we still had nothing. Finally it was installed December 21st! We missed all our holiday shopping and as a new retailer, it hurt us. I informed them how disappointed we are that they dropped the ball with us and that now we will not be able to pay them for a few months and that we would like to set up a payment plan. The president wrote his team and cc’d me this morning saying to put a lien on my business! They have no remorse or understanding for the position their business out mine in. This company is the most disappointing, selfish, unprofessional, dishonest company I’ve met to date. Please be aware and take the time to really look into a different option for your sign needs.
Bruce and Matt are fantastic! They've taken the time to keep working on tiny details that were really important to us - and the signs look great! Plus, they're ahead of the deadlines. We'll keep using them.
I called Chance weeks before my business moved locations interested in purchasing signage for my new location. At first he seemed like a nice guy. Someone who knew his job...We scheduled a time to meet and no showed me. Chance called me the day after and seemed very apologetic so I thought what the heck, he must be busy. A week later, he emails me saying he went by the new location and would have a design for me by the end of the day. That was 2 weeks ago...I am very busy and this is such an inconvenience. What a waste of my time. If you're looking for a "professional", "reliable" sign company, go somewhere else.
