I needed a reliable full service wash and these guys did a fantastic job. I think it was a special day as the placed was packed and they were very efficient getting cars through. The check out process was a bit slow but I'd recommend this place overall. Very courteous employees and great holiday discount coupon specials.
Employees at the car wash accidentally raised the antenna on my SUV before sending it through the car wash resulting in a bent/broken antennae. I didn't notice that it was bent and broken until I was about a mile away.I IMMEDIATELY called the manager, Arron, told him what had happened, I offered to return to the car wash right then. Arron said that wasn't necessary, that the problem would be taken care of and asked for the make/model/year of my SUV along with my contact information which I provided him with.After not hearing from Aaron for a week, I called Elite Car Bath and spoke with Aaron. I was told that the owner, Lanna, would not take responsibility as it was not brought to their attention on site.I have left 2 messages requesting that the business owner, Lanna, contact me.If damage is done to a vehicle by the establishment, the owner needs to be professional, honest and make reparation. Lanna needs to act as a reputable business owner!
the people are rude and dont care about c ustomer service and do a terrable job my car came out still dirty and leaves still behind the wipers how can you wash a winshield and have leaves sitll on it and the guys could care less dont waste your money there
Worst service I have ever had in the automotive industry. If I could give negative stars here I would. The employees seemed nice at first. They seemed interested in my car for its rarity and condition. Well then they broke my ebrake not knowing how it functioned. They didn't bother to inform me, or even ask how it worked since they had probably not used one before. (this is a standard ebrake with the spring removed). When I went to get back into my car the gentleman drying it off said to "wait over there, I'll bring it around" and made sure not to set the ebrake when he parked it. For reasons I didn't fully understand in the moment... I left and went back to work before I even realized it had been broken. I called and asked very nicely what happened and if they could help me out and was given a rude tone and a quick "there's a sign saying we aren't responsible. Once you drive away it's not our problem" I explained that I would have just liked to know who broke it and how it broke and that any help would be greatly appreciated. He said "no, Im busy, it's not our problem." I waited a bit and then called again to ask if he had found out who broke it and he said hadn't. Wasn't even concerned about it. When I asked if I could talk to a manager he quickly replied that he was the manager and then didn't say any more. This is only a 45 dollar part and if they had told me it broke or that there was a problem and maybe even apologized I wouldn't have been bothered by it. Horrible service, rude manager, and absolutely no concern for your vehicle. A refund would have been nice since the car wasn't even clean, an apology would have even made the visit less sour.
I went here twice. Once with a relatively clean car and it was just ok. The second with a dirtier car and it was not ok. I had a coffee stain on my LEATHER seat and it was still there. I called the manager over and he said they don't wipe the seats only vacuum. I paid for a FULL SERVICE that claimed to do interior and exterior. I suggested they get a moist rag and keep it in their back pocket rather than provide shady service, but I didn't seem to be getting through. I mean,come on, I could spit in my hand and clean that off leather, I only left it there to test them because the first car wash was questionable. ALSO, I overheard a conversation that the manager was having with another disgruntled customer who was calling because they didn't clean the inside of the back window. The manager told her THEY DON"T CLEAN THAT WINDOW BECAUSE OF THE ANGLE IT MAY ACTUALLY COME OUT WORSE THAN BEFORE THE CLEANING! See what I mean....what else are they not doing? And not cheap! so what gives?
My name is James and i have had the Over the top experience, The staff is friendly and the service is great. I took my old F250 4x4 truck in to these guys and all be danged it look like it did when i bought it new in 2009. Holy cow guys. WOW it looks bran new..............
