Four Seasons Home Inspections

Martin with Four Seasons Home Inspections was a nice guy and he was punctual but I had serious issues with the actual inspection. The first thing I did was point out the plumbing in the house that I thought was a defective type of pipe which was recalled in 1996. He said it wasn’t and even argued with me about it. Later, I learned I was right. There were other problems too. He said there were two layers of roof but there was only one. Also, many of the repairs he told me about were not properly documented in the report and it really hurt me in negotiating repairs with the seller. I was so disappointed with the service that I asked for a refund but he refused.

Martin was first class. His attention to detail was only surpassed by his friendly and pleasant personality. He identified problems missed by a previous inspection, and gave great advice on necessary repairs. He was a joy to work with.
