Stephanie was helpful.The use of their show room was helpful and they sometime had a overfull on appliance that were scratch and dent or left over for lower prices.

Great customer service. We purchased all of our windows, doors, trim and appliances for our new home from Emerald Door and Glass. Stephanie was great to work with and very fair on the pricing. Highly recommend!

Find another outlet. Emerald Door and Glass is unprofessional and disorganized. Upon making a change in a project, I did not purchase an item that I originally thought I would need, but did buy other things, a sales person tried to require that I make three other substantial purchases to make up for it. I said no thanks. My second and will be my last encounter, a sales person from whom I made a substantial purchase engaged in unprofessional, unethical communications regarding my private transaction with a contractor that I had to fire and with whom the sales person knew there was an ongoing dispute. I gave them another chance. It was a mistake.
