This is an excellent office. The whole staff is polite and attentive. I have had a few fillings and a crown done by Dr Sutter. He works efficiently but it does not seemed rushed. No one likes to be at the dentist, and it is of great value to me if the work is done quickly.

Provided by Doctor.comI needed a new dentist as I was new to the area. I found Dr Sutter online and made an appointment. At my appointment I met with Denise and Dr Sutter. He has a camera for the inside of your mouth to show you what he sees. We made a plan based on what we all saw. I was included in the decision making process. This is new to me as most of the time I am just told what I need to get done. I am not excited to have dental work done. However, I am confident it will be done correctly.
Our whole family comes to this office to have our cleanings and dentistry done. Comfortable and modern office with the warmth of a home. It does not feel like a dental office at all. The whole staff is caring and friendly.

Provided by Doctor.comDr Sutter and his office are very professional. They are a warm and caring group of people. I had to have some work done and was very nervous. Dr Sutter sat down and asked me if I had any questions about why we were doing the fillings or what was involved, before even leaning me back. It was great to know he wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and asked me throughout the procedure if I was comfortable.
Service is not dead!
Upon walking into the office I felt relaxed and comfortable. Office is up to date and very hospitable. After the usual paperwork, I was taken on a tour of the office and introduced to everyone. Denise sat down with me face to face (not in a dental chair). She interviewed me and we had a discussion about my health, asked how could they help me, asked me what I liked and did not like about dentistry, they asked me what I wanted!! This is a great improvement in what I have experienced in other offices in the past. Dr Sutter is relaxed and has a commanding knowledge of his craft. Great bedside manner and I felt listened to. Great service, great staff, great doctor.
