My car was there for service for 11 days and although I left two voicemails for Josh, my service coordinator, a verbal message with the service manager that was there on the weekend, and another message with the service liaison, I was never called back. Also, they did not clean the oil off of the underside of my car after replacing the headgaskets. I spent $3400 having my vehicle serviced at this dealership, and they didn’t do work they said they would do, lost further business from me by not returning my calls, and when I tried to reach Kara Beachum in customer service to give feedback, she didn’t return my calls either. I am so disgusted. I will never go here again or recommend them, and I sure as heck won’t buy our next Subaru from them.
Can't enough good things!!! Had an alignment done. Everyone (and I do mean everyone) that I had contact with was terrific! Melissa, Catrina, Brandon all greeted me with smiles and hellos. Kendall Subaru has the BEST people!!! Oh and the alignment was done professionally by Michael! Great job everyone!!!
I go out of state often with my two small dogs. I depend on Kendall Subaru for all my Subbie needs. They have never done me wrong. Warning me against upcoming future needs and getting them done. Thank you Kendall Subaru for a job well done!!! 😀
I was able to make a same-day appointment for an unusual noise while driving. Check in was efficient, fast, and easy. My service advisor, Joshua, was able to tell me the probable reason for the noise, which was confirmed after inspection. I was given an estimate, and the repairs were completed within a couple of hours. Meanwhile, my dogs and I waited in the comfortable lounge, and the time passed easily while reading and talking with others in the lounge. This is my second Forester from this dealership and I’m always more than satisfied with the service department.

Attempted to have recall work done. Service was bad and included service department failing to perform all recall work. I left with the impression that the dealership cared little about performing recall work and even less about the fact that I had to drive 300 miles just to discover that, in part, the necessary work had not been performed without justifiable excuse. The service department did, however, remember to try to sell me a raft of expensive services. Strongly recommend staying away from this dealership.
I needed 60,000 mile service on my 2015 Subaru Legacy and used Kendall's online service scheduling. The online process was easy to understand and very thorough. On my appointment day the check in process was professional and thorough and I was provided with the loaner car for the day that was previously arranged. The service was performed within the time estimate given to me and for the amount of the estimate. All is well.
Purchased the car used in March it was a pleasant experience, since then only oil changes and both times just drove in no appointment and I was out in under 45 mins, the employees were friendly and helpful and the waiting room is comfortable, has tv and coffee...
