Best burger I've ever had! Plus lots of good beer to chose from. I absolutely love this place, I will definitely be back.
I was really excited to try this place, since it is close to my home. I ordered for take out, and was exactly on time to pick up my food. Upon entering, I was very rudely told that I could not be in there because I had a child in a stroller!! Mind you, a BABY in a stroller who was confined and not going to wander around the building. I wasn't even going to sit down, I certainly wasn't drinking or ordering alcohol I was picking up an order to go. I was very rudely told I could wait outside (like a dog?) In the heat with my child for them to bring my order out. I would understand if I had an older child, or this was advertised as a bar (ahem Anna's DELI) but I had a baby in a stroller and was NOT ordering to stay or ordering alcohol. I was treated very rudely and disrespected in front of other customers who also thought this was wrong. One lady exclaimed "I've brought my kids in here before-what the hell?' All I wanted was to order a hot dog, and the service here was worse then anywhere
I bought $12 worth of packaged mushrooms, only to find mold on them when I opened the package an hour later while making dinner. My partner called them and asked for a credit. They refused to give us a credit unless we've brought back the mushrooms. On the surface that might seem reasonable, but if you think about it, it's not. I'm not spending 30-40 minutes driving there and back for $12 - my time is more valuable than that. They made the mistake, not me, so I don't see how it's reasonable to waste my time and money to correct it. I'm going with a simpler solution: I'll no longer shop at that location. I may even look for another store altogether.
