My wedding is in 110 days. I went to David's Bridal on May 21st and found the dress that I wanted. I knew I should've gone somewhere else from when they called to confirm 10:30am appointment she told me I had to be moved to a different time because they don't open that early. Well, that's not my fault that your website said differently and allowed me to book the time. The lady who called me ended up calling me back to tell me she was wrong. We ended up getting there and found the dress I wanted however they didn't have it in my size. That's understandable we needed a bigger size. I went and paid for everything in full and asked when my wedding dress would be in, my mother and I were told it should be in around the middle of September. At the end of September I called them to ask where my dress was. They stated there was a delay that it would be in on the 12th of October. We're at the 16th of October and I haven't heard a thing. I called the Eugene Davids Bridal after being on hold for awhile the rep got back on the line and said my dress should be in by the end of the month. No that isn't okay with me at all! So then I call corporate I talk to someone named Jason today. He advised me that my dress isn't in the warehouse or any of the stores. After being on hold for a long period of time he got back on the phone stated he saw where I had purchased the dress but the purchase order was delayed and never got there. Now I'm freaking out have been crying all day thinking that I don't have a dress to wear on my wedding day. This isn't okay and something needs to be done about it ASAP. Needless to say I won't be recommending Davids Bridal to anyone.
