Beware. You do not want to be a customer who gets on the wrong side of Michael or Matt. If you do, remember, it's a for-profit business, so they'll take your money...and make you promises...and those promises won't mean JACK. They sell brands they don't know how to assemble, adjust, or repair.Furthermore, after I took another bike in for its spring tuneup and check, for which I paid $60, two rides later and the bicycle seat comes unscrewed - not the post mind you, the actual SEAT that connects to the post. There was a nut that had come completely unscrewed, which meant they NEVER ONCE checked the seat. ALSO, my front brake wire came loose from its clip. They didn't check those either!I got charged $60 for a tuneup, after I apparently became "one of those" customers who got on their wrong side.Michael stopped talking to me, and Matt glares.I now know to steer clear. If you're not "one of them," you're an outsider.Hutch's has MUCH better customer service people!
