Don't rent with Bell!! They are an awful company. I had a horrible time living at my place, because of them. The house was dirty and falling apart when I moved in. My house looked as though it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or properly taken care of in years. There were major foundation problems, as well as mold and an ant infestation. It took weeks to get hold of anyone in the office that could help with anything. It was so exhausting trying to get any help from them that I eventually gave up. At the end of the year, they attempted to charge my roommates and I over $1000 in cleaning fees for a spotless house, that was much cleaner than when I moved in. The man I have emailed with about this was completely rude and unprofessional, to the point of attempting to belittle me. Bell Real Estate is an awful company that abuses their tenants, as they know they are young adults living on their own for the first time. They use this information to up charge their tenants for simple cleaning fees, because many tenants may not know this or will give up fighting for their right to their money. It was a complete disappointment living here. I will never rent will Bell again.
Worst rental experience of my life. The rental homes were dirty. Sewage backed up into kitchen. Unanswered messages. I have been a renter in this area for near 30 years and was shocked by the lack of professionalism. Disgusting!
Charged for anything and everything upon exit. Slum lord. Owner/manager is emotionally volatile and abusive. Broken and dangerous issues not fixed in a timely manner--or at all. Was told residences were pet free, both had evidence of pets. Residences sold and have had to move twice. Avoid!
Been a tenant for many years. However, they are cheap, cheap, bastards! We've had and still have mold issues, insulation issues or a lack of. Band-aid any and all cosmetic and functional problems and now are charging over a thousand dollars a month! They have NO compassion! NO sense if loyalty to long time good tenants! It's about the all mighty dollar! I hate them but can't afford to leave. My entire paycheck now goes to just paying rent. Well as long as the " family" has quality accommodations, the rest of us can go to hell! Had to give a star or couldn't post
I do not recommend this place. It was filthy, there was spider and carpenter ant problems. The landlord was the worst I have ever encountered. He was very rude, unprofessional, and refused to address any issues we had. When we called to have anything fixed, it was never properly taken care and would just break again or get worse. The coburg office staff is incredibly unprofessional and ill mannered! This is by far the worst place I have ever rented from. We left the place about 10x cleaner than when we arrived, yet they took almost our entire deposit! They are a very shady, dishonest company
Their rental property at 2967 Dry Creek Road in Ryan Meadows has a weeded, tall grass, and ugly lawn that is a disgrace to the sub-division. Repeated calls to them hasn't resulted in any correction. A prior cleanup resulted in trimming shrubs and just mower cutting of the weeds.....leaving the roots for more weed growth.See a video at YouTube, search: almacaz to access and 2967 Dry Creek Road to view.
All of these apartments are small, overpriced, and not in the best shape. The staff are rude to the tenants. Try somewhere else.
Yeah I liked the apartment except for the electrical sockets they never worked and a month within staying there my books under my bed started getting moldy from water coming though a leak in someone else's bathroom through the wall. I didn't realize it was leaking until one day the whole carpet in my room was soaked.Plus when I left I cleaned everything and even polished the wood cabinets with oil and they refused to return all of my $600 deposit. In contract we oughta write "building update fee" instead of "deposit" since none of my deposit was given back.
Literally the worst place i have ever rented. was not advised that i would not have access to my heating and thermostat nor electricity box. Spent multiple days with out electricity due to blown breakers. it was never under 80 degrees and the heat was always running even in the summer months. Upon move out you will be hit with multiple fees of stuff that is not listed in the lease as non refundable fees. Do NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PEOPLE
