I brought my vehicle 07 GMC Yukon for engine problems and they did it was fixed only to bring it back week later for same problem for them to say it was alternator, they were paid both times. Only to bring it n again for same exact problem. This time I spoke to Dave in Service whom seemed uninterested to say the least so I asked to speak to his manger Ron Cidor whom was just as rude matter of fact after explaining my issue and not appreciating the customer service he became angry and loud and told me my truck was older things happen and if I didn't like it I could take my service elsewhere. I then asked for the owner at which he told me ok, came back after 5mins and said he the owner wasn't in. I told him because they had previously worked on auto I wanted them to continue with diagnostic HE yelled NO TAKE YOUR KEYS AND WE DON'T want your service. They were all rude and sexist and I would never recommend this dealership to no one. BEWARE!!!!!

I brought my truck 07 gmc yukon to this location 3x's and the problem was never resolved. On the last occasion I was rudely taken back after Dave in service dept treated me as if i was a bothersome to continue to bring my vehicle back. Spoke to his manager Ron Cidor whom told me when I complained how customer service was not good and this was my 3rd time to get this problem fixed and I'm inconvenience of not having a vehicle, he stated to me that my car is older and has problems and if I didn't like the service I could go somewhere else. I asked to speak to the owner Doug Dorer at which he left and came back 5mins later to say he's not in for the day. I told him I wanted him to diagnostic my auto and I will contact the owner tomorrow, He state to me NO take your keys and WE don't want your business. I couldn't believe a business whom probably is the one that couldn't fix my auto and caused more damage would treat me like this and not try to help me with my needs. I felt like they were sexist because I am a woman. I would not recommend anyone to go this dealership to buy or service their auto
I went to look at a car the tall bald guy is so rude we literally started arguing before I could even look at a car he just always seems annoyed and not much of a people person like why sell cars the. my friend called about a car and I guess he got mad cause she was asking questions like most people would when purchasing a car so he told her they were going out of business and just hung up on her he is the rudest salesman I have ever met Im surprised they are still in business do not go there the worsf place ever!!!!
Would not recommend this guy. He's a rip off. Spent $1300 on a car that lasted 2 weeks and he didn't care at all and wouldn't do anything to help. Not to mention the vehicle could of killed me and my family.
Neil Perry and Lakeland Auto Campus are one in the same.....Neil advertises as a private seller but he is not. He and his partner sell vehicles that WILL require work and sometimes extensive work. They buy a lot of cars at auction, put bandaids on the issues and then sell them before the buyer even realizes that there are issues.....unless they are obvious, they will not tell you anything negative about the vehicle. Neil also like to use your poor past credit history against you and makes you believe he is the only one who can help you. And watch out ladies....Neil just may ask you out (he did to me) as a ploy to get you to trust him. DO NOT TRUST HIM...and there definitely should be a NO STAR button on here
Wost Car salesmen on the face of the planet. His cars are over priced lemons. Don't buy a car from him. P.S He doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating but i had to give him at least one
I agree with the coment below if your a hard worker then don't waste your money here...very bad business and they can't even get my title...i don't understand it...when I called they cursed at me and was very unprofessional...when all i wanted was answers...I also filed a complaint with the Ohio attorney General
This guys got more lemons than florida! Neil perry is the stereotype used car salesman bought a used car 1 week later the engine blew its been a month now and I still dont even have a title yet
I had an absolutely horrible experience at Sims Buick & GMC, particularly with the service department. I have a GMC SUV and it was having an engine malfunction. I had initiated a claim with GMC customer assistance, hoping that they would aid in the cost of the repair since I was just a couple of months out of the factory 5 year warranty. GMC customer assistance advised me to bring my SUV to a GM dealership to obtain a diagnosis. At that point they would review my case and decide whether or not they would provide financial assistance with the repairs. I dropped my SUV off at Sims Buick GMC service garage to obtain a diagnoses. Two weeks passed while I was using a rental car at my own expense. The service manager Ron Cidor of Sims Buick GMC finally contacted me, stating that they were unsuccessful in diagnosing my vehicle and that I would need to commit to paying at least $3,000.00 to obtain a diagnoses due to complications. They also stated that if I decided not to move forward with the diagnosis or repairs that I would be required to pay a balance of $330.00 just to retrieve my SUV in the same condition that it was in when I dropped it off 2 weeks prior. I was extremely unhappy with this result to say the least. Not to mention the fact that due to their inability/refusal to diagnose my vehicle's malfunction, GMC had denied me any financial assistance in repairing my vehicle. I voiced my displeasure with Ron Cidor, the service dept. manager. He was extremely rude to me, raising his voice on several occasions. I met with the Doug Doerr, the service director only to be told that had I been an existing customer and had I previously spent money at Sims Buick GMC that he would be more inclined to assist me with my vehicle and its issues. So, after two weeks and rental car fees I ended up exactly where I was before contacting Sims Buick GMC. I was treated very poorly and I strongly suggest to anyone considering doing business with Sims Buick GMC to THINK TWICE. I wouldn't wish this type of service or treatment upon anyone. Luckily, I recorded the conversation between Ron & I as well as my conversation with Doug Doerr. I will be including these recordings in my complaint letters to GM and GMC. Thanks for reading! ****THIS IS A RECORDING OF THE FINAL CONVERSATION BETWEEN RON CIDOR AND I**** http://youtu.be/Axn3XDIMeQQ
