This place broke the seat in my car, and absolutely REFUSED to do anything about it. The owner, who also refused to provide his name, kept repeating "they have to move the seats to clean," which wasn't the argument at all. When they moved the seat they jammed it and popped the springs out of the track. They were notified immediately, and attempted to fix it themselves and when they couldn't, we had to take it back to Toyota to fix it. We were told by the manager that he would "take care of it." What he apparently meant by "taking care of it" was sticking us with the $167 bill after their mistake. The owner told us "we couldn't prove that it happened at his car wash so he wasn't accepting responsibility. " Fabulous way to do business, isn't it? Even after explaining that where the seat was stuck, made it unsafe for my toddler son to ride in the car, he still didn't care. This lousy excuse for a human being is a selfish, money- hungry piece of work. Beware of this place, and the "owner".

DONT EVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT THIS PLACE...they stripped my oil plan by putting the drain plug in crooked and the owner refused to believe that they did...after showing him the receipt from my mechanic and pictures....he has lost my business over $40 ...do not trust someone like this!!
Overall, a very good business. The reason they get a 3 out of 5 is the only time I went in for a hand wax special, I had to go over both cars again myself due to a rush job on the waxing-they left quite a bit of wax behind and removed wax before it was completely dry. I have also had to go back numerous times to have them address poor vacuum jobs and leaving lint all over and inside of car because of cheap or worn out towels used. I have used their coupons for $3 off on all washes which are always available and bought into their manager specials on car wash cards and find them to have the best pricing around when it comes to discounts. They have free coffee and nice and clean accomodations and are overall very friendly. They just need to tighten up a bit when it comes down to the fine details. Ricky is one of their best assets as the team leader there.
NO GOOD. Seriously. What a disappointment. First we called and wanted to come in for a detailing. Once we got there we were unceremoniously told that we couldn’t do it without an appointment; well that means whoever the lazy & ignorant woman on the phone didn’t bother to tell us!Then we go for regular washes; and it’s hit and miss with the car interior—the main thing we care about.Furthermore, I signed up with their e-club because of the promise of getting coupons when they do their eblasts. Well Fall rolls around, I need to go to the car wash so I check latest email—guess what, no coupon! Just a cheery note about Fall. Guess what –you can take your cheery note about Fall and give me the coupon you promised(!)So then I call over there to find out more. I get this really old woman who is always (always) useless on the phone. She literally says to my query—“Well, I don’t know what to tell you…”That’s it!When pressed she says well *maybe* later when the owner is around he might be able to help me…Really lady?Guess what, half way thru your excuses I chose a competitor. Welcome to the free market system; where if you consistently disappoint; you will lose your customer base.I hope I save others the hassle of dealing with this place.
Not the least expensive, but every time we went here, the service has been impeccable. Very accommodating; they do an excellent job of cleaning the inside and outside of our vehicles. They also have coupons and use Groupon, which is a bonus. Great business for the Estero community!
