After way too long trying to make a simple appointment, I gave up. I wanted to make an appointment to purchase a new Mac Pro.
Maybe a genius but the most rude customer service rep I have ever encountered at an Apple Store. Will not return to this store.
Serious Lack of customer service or concern here with little expertise. Brought in a simple repair. They resolved one issue and created a new one then offered to fix it for more money. Not having leaned from the first visit I brought it back and they misdiagnosed it and offered to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced for more money. I will not waste my time and money here again where they are riding the Apple brand, Design by genius, service and implementation by idiots
Absolutely horrible customer service and no listening skills. Lacks ethics, professionalism, and customer service skills. Technician did a visual assessment without due technical process and insisted his was correct. Manager lied and said warranty on device expired 3 months prior. Called Apple customer service and was told different from what the store had said. This store is doing an injustice to Steve Jobs!!!
