        They set us up with an appointment in a pleasant professional manner. They call and let you know they are on their way. Made sure their shoes were covered before entering home. They were extremely friendly. Explained everything. They let us know that their was something we could do to help with the efficiency of the filter. Very Very professional, personable and respectful.
        Couldn't ask for a better company.

        I came home to a furnace that wasn't working. My vent smelled like smoke so I was definitely worried. I'll be honest, H&H just happened to be the first link on Google, but I'm very glad they were! James B. was the on-call technician. He was at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was professional, thorough, and personable. He quickly solved the problem and explained what happened (failed capacitor). He explained their maintenance program without being overly 'salesy'. I was very happy with his service, considering it's about 18 degrees out tonight! Thank you, James! Definitely recommend.

        The two gentlemen Khalid and Moe were professional. They explained the work before they started. They corrected an error made by the previous owner and overall it was a positive experience and yes I would recommend this company to others.

        My air conditioner died just as we were heading into a long heat wave. Everyone at H & H Heating & Air Conditioning was friendly and well versed about their projects. From Erica taking my initial phone call and scheduling an appointment the next afternoon, to Kevin for coming out and evaluating what system would be the best for my house. He assured me that I would love how cool my house would be with central air conditioning - and he wasn't selling me a line - IT FEELS AWESOME IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE!

        My installation techs were Mike & Charles. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and treated my house with respect. They kept me informed as to the progress they were making on the installation. They walked me through every aspect of how to use the unit as well as how to care for it to make it last for years and years.I would highly recommend H & H Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs heating or cooling work on their house.
