Old Orchard By The Bay

Old Orchard by the bay is one of the finest communitis in the area to live at. The staff is awesome! They are very helpful & make sure they tenants are also taken care of. The landscape in the community is also very beautiful & it makes you love living here even more. The apartments are very spacious. Can't say enough great things about the complex.

We lived at Old Orchard for 2 years and rented the atrium. The apartment was very roomy and clean. The office staff, maintenance and grounds were exceptional employees and friends. They made living there a pleasure. Great pool area with awesome community building. We had our wedding reception there. The grounds were kept up immacuately and whenever there was a problem maintenance fixed it right of way. The girls in the office were always professional, but made it easy to become friends with. Only reason we moved was that we wanted to purchase a house up north. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful apartment on beautiful grounds to visit Old Orchard by the Bay. We will miss you guys.

I really like living at Old Orchard by the Bay. I have a 2 bedroom townhouse with a fireplace, small patio and full basement – more than big enough for me. After selling my big house, I thought I would live here for a year and then find a smaller house. However, I am now spoiled by the friendly office staff and quick response to maintenance problems like when my garbage disposal got plugged. Plus, I don’t have to mow the lawn or shovel snow … does it get any better? In addition, the grounds are beautiful and it is amazingly quiet at night. I recently rented the spacious community room for my niece’s bridal shower – it was beyond perfect and only $100! I highly recommend Old Orchard by the Bay.

My husband and I lived at Old Orchard for several years when we first got married. We only moved because we thought we wanted a house. After several years of home ownership we realized we couldn't maintain the lifestyle we were spoiled with at Old Orchard. Here we have a lovely home and the staff is fast to respond with any maintenance issues. I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds are kept. There is no way I could keep such a yard by myself. Highly, highly recommend. When we were looking to move, I couldn't find anything even as close to the amenities that Old Orchard offers. Love it here.

My family and I have lived at Old Orchard since my son was 1 years old and he is now 11. We moved out for a bit and had to move back. No other apartment complex is as nice as the units at Old Orchard. They have many different floor plans. We have a 3 bed townhome and it is spacious and absolutely gorgeous. The office staff have become like family to me and I missed them while I was gone. If there is any maintenance issue they are fast to respond and do not put anything off like I have experienced in other places. You can't go wrong living here between the housing, grounds, and staff you will feel at home. I highly suggest Old Orchard By the Bay. I truly feel it is the best apartment complex in a span of a 100 miles or more : ) Haven't found one better yet!

We've been in a 2 bedroom at Old Orchard since 2011. The apartments are spacious and the property is very well maintained. Maintenance requests are completed either same day or day after request, depending on the time you call. All staff is very friendly!

My family has lived at Old Orchard for about two years. My daughter loves the playground and pool and my husband loves the fact that Old Orchard is down the road from the farmer's market. Me? I love that I can call the office to have my leaky faucet fixed THAT DAY instead of waiting weeks for my husband to "get around to it." ;) Seriously. I love living here.

I lived at Old Orchard for about 6 years. I had a nice townhouse with a fireplace. Maintenance was on the ball, never had any issues that were not resolved quickly. Office staff was very professional. The place had a lot of rules and that turned out to be a real good thing. I had to move out of the area for work reasons, will be moving back there when I retire.
