The owner and employees should be ashamed of them selves and charges with animal abuse. All the cages are filthy. As soon as you walk in the door, the smell is horrendous. There is no knowledgeable person in this place. Reptiles that need certain Temps and humidity have neither!!! If you have no knowledge or give a fuck to learn what these animals require.... don't run a fucking store. And pass on poor husbandry to customers.
That place is disgusting. As soon as you walk through the door you get hit with stank! The cages are always dirty and snakes are laying in their own feces, feces in their water bowls, sickly looking animals. way over priced. i would not buy any animals from this place.do not support this place... the manager is also very disrespectful and has no bedside manner what so ever. :-(
Wet pet is amazing. The animals are healthy, happy, tame and very beautiful. Wet Pet has a variety of different breeds, some I didn't even know existed! I went in for search of one pet and came out with something different. I will definitely be going back for my long sought afer pets that aren't in any Pet Smart or Petco.
visited there last night... SMALL selection across the board, Unkept tanks (reptile and mammal and Fish) and cages, EXTREME ammonia smell from both the mammals and reptiles to the point where I got a headache. Coupled that with the poor lighting I would NOT.
We had a small selection because of the cold weather. We don't have animals shipped to us when it's extremely cold because they normally come in dead! The store smells like any other exotic pet store. Pet Smart and Petco are pet product suppliers and have very few animals so you can't compare them to a mom and pop place. Our animals are well taken care of and even a little spoiled. We have plenty of customers that would disagree with you. If you dislike us then there is no need for you to ever visit again. Thank you.
Wet Pet is great, the animals are well kept and the staff are very helpful, they are also very loving to the animals. My husband and I went in (my first visit) and the lady that works there took one of the beardies out, held him and loved on him. Love that environment! I recommend Wet Pet to any reptile pet owner!!!

I have been a dedicated customer there for years. I'm in there almost every week for my reptile food and products, specifically to support their local business.
I recently purchased a $200 baby snake, it died 14 days after I had it. I brought it in, and the owner said he does not guarantee their animals after they leave the store!!! refusing to give me even some of my money back or replacing it. Both my kids and I are heartbroken over losing her. Now this just shows how much he loves his money more than his animals and customers. This is the 2nd time I experienced an animal from there that died in the passed few months. The first one was a Savannah Monitor I had a down payment on, luckily I realized it was sick and I didn't take it home, and it took me talking to an employee to ask the owner numerous times if he could separate it from the others and try to see if it could be helped, as he didn't think it was sickly.
I'm very upset over the way the owner acted toward me. Why wouldn't a local store guarantee their animals? Even reptile show vendors have guarantees! I will not be supporting this store anymore!
