I purchased my third vehicle from Paya's Auto last year. They are fabulous people to work with. And as fair as you can get. I had a few issues with my 2015 Chrysler 200 once I took ownership. They did everything necessary to figure out the problem, and soon had it resolved. I don't see myself going anywhere but Paya's for purchasing an Automobile in the future.

I was in a very traumatic car accident in January of this year and my car was totaled. I had no clue how I was going to be able to get a new to me car because I have no credit. I was searching online and found a beautiful 2016 Dodge Journey that would fit my family perfectly. I contacted Peter at the Williston location and set up a test drive. I went down and drove it and fell in love! Peter submitted my credit application and told me it could take a couple days to hear back so I went home. 45 minutes after I left the dealership he called me and said I was approved, when would I like to pick my new to me vehicle up. I was beyond happy so I turned around and drove back to the dealership, signed papers and drove her home. I lovingly refer to her as "Daphne" by the way. I had a couple small issues with a window motor and charging ports but I contacted Rob in the service department and brought it to him and Daphne was fixed in a very timely manor. I love this place and you had better believe that when I am ready for my next vehicle purchase I will be buying from Paya's.

My wife and I both have vehicles from here; her a Subaru Forester and I a Ford Taurus. We've had them several years and both have run strong. The staff were responsive and helpful even when bringing it back for a few corrections. The sales team offered no pressure and were extremely helpful, answering all questions and concerns. We are going back soon for our third vehicle. I have even recommended to my family!

Will never buy a car from them again. Purchased a car with a small crack in the windshield, they informed me where to take it and get the crack filled and repaired. No charge of course. Shortly after driving noticed a smell in car when in rained. Brought back to Payas where they told me windshield was not sealed properly. Told me they would take care of it. Brought it back for a 2nd time for same issue. The 2nd time I brought it back whoever worked on my car didn't wear gloves. I have a tan interior. They destroyed the liner. Black marks all over the roof of my car, jerked me around on appointments, told me they couldn't find a tan liner for an '07 Jetta. Wanted to put in a grey one. Then tried to CHARGE me to replace the liner!!! This was about 3 yrs ago. It still hasn't been replaced. WORST CAR PLACE EVER! Will never buy anything from them again!!!

This whole company is a Complete rip-off! My husband bought a truck from them not even a year ago and supposedly they did an inspection on it and the truck passed. It seemed like the truck was in good condition. Ever since we bought it there has been multiple issues, huge issues that should have never let the truck pass inspection. There was a huge crack in the frame that we didnt know about, but if the dealership "really did do an inspection" they would have seen it clear as day. We took it to a mechanic and found out that all the wheel barrings were completely rusted through. We were driving a death trap and the dealership let us drive off the lot with it.

When we brought the truck back and told them all the issues, the guy flat out denied everything. When my husband tried to trade it in they said they could only offer him $1000, he paid $8500 for it not even a year ago.

Anything for a quick buck, dont trust this dealership they will scam you for sure!
