This restaurant has gone downhill steadily for the past couple of years. The quality of the food just doesn't seem to matter anymore. The service is still good though.
Went in on Sat., 11-12-16. It had maybe 4 occupied tables. Were seated and then waited and watched as no one came to take our order. A waitress was sweeping the carpet, never gave us a thought. When she got close, I said to her " Is there someone who can take our order ?" She said "sure " and took the order. When the food arrived my food was wrong and a mistake also on my husband's salad. We waited while what I did order was cooked. The person who was supposed to be our server never paid any attention to us until almost finished. We go into this Coco's about once a year and this is the standard service we get. I can't believe one single location is always sucha poor place with constant bad service, even though there is different employees each time. We must a a " bad" sign on our backs ! !
My husband and I went into the restaurant at about 5:15pm along with 2 other sets of families and there was NO ONE in the front of the restaurant to greet. About 5 min later a tall gentleman in a red shirt walked out from back (kitchen area) looked at us and did not acknowledge or say we'll be right with you. About 5 min later a lady (Jenn) came out with a total attitude and my husband made a comment to her about no one being there. She then engaged him in comments back and forth and was not a good embassador for Coco's...She was the manager and should known better than to engage a customer...very poor! Will not go back...
