Communication with this business is 0 to -1. It takes half a dozen phone calls to accomplish the simple task of getting an appointment for a scan. I have phoned as well as written letters, all to no avail. I would have changed oncologists long ago if it weren't for the fact that at 80+ years I choose not to drive 20 miles to a different oncology facility.
I have been a patient here since 2010. I have an excellent doctor (Dr. McClay) and used to receive excellent care from here when it was Pacific Care. HOWEVER since the merge about a year ago the office and follow up care has been HORRIBLE. Apparently my cancer, remission or any other issues that could possibly be related no longer matter. I am considering finding a new Oncologist not because of my doctor but because of the staff and the "we're too busy to help you" attitude. DO NOT go here if you want care that matters. I have tried for 3 days now just to get lab results after my iron infusions. My Doctor probably hasn't even seen my results. I finally called again and the nurse who gave me the results was rude and short with me. She didn't even know why I was calling and asked me if I wasn't feeling well. I had to tell her why I was calling to check my results. This used to be a great office with staff that cared but this is obviously not the case now.
