After my washing machine broke down and four service calls and replacement parts that had to be ordered the job was completed on 5 August 2016. The second Service Repair man Raymond came on the 29th of July to install a reconditioned part, which he said could not be used as it was leaking oil. He was so good in researching to find a brand new part which he ordered and it was delivered the following week. The 5th of August was the installation date and we were so pleased that it was Raymond who came for that appointment. He is such a professional person. When he realized that another part had worn out and could only find one with a Service man who was in the Ramona area, he left us for an hour to drive there and obtain the part. He went above and beyond to install the parts in a very limited space in the laundry room and did a wonderful job. He is indeed a fine representative for Sears Repair Service and hope that if ever we are need of assistance we can request Raymond to come.

My service man was on time and polite. He realized quickly what was wrong with our refrigerator door and needed to order parts. He ordered them and we rescheduled for the following week. The parts arrived within a few days and he was back to fix it. The repair took less than a half hour and he was done. Quick, efficient, polite and I would use them again!

The sears guy fixed my washer within about 15 minutes. It needed a new switch.

It was fast but a bit costly. It would have cost $203 but I looked online and found a 20% off coupon for repairs. I would have given a 5 star but serviceman' s attitude was not the best.

However, he knew his stuff when it came to repairs.

I would give zero / negative score if I could. Several years after purchasing a Sears Service Agreement they decided that I was ineligible to purchase the agreement because of the age of the appliance. "We made a mistake when we sold you and signed the contract" is not a legally valid reason to void a contract.
