Pacific Collision Centers in Escondido took me for a ride Big Time! The manager, call him "Robert", lied to me just to get my service, promising that Pacific Collision Centers would work out a no-hassel payment plan due to my financial hardship. When service for my car was completed, I went to pick up my car, only to be told THEN that there was a stipulation, that I needed to give Pacific Collision Centers a series of pre-dated checks from my personal account, and that the checks have to undergo approval before my car will be released to me. If this "no-hassel" payment plan was explained to me BEFORE I entrusted my car to them, then I would not have opted to go with Pacific Collision Centers since I had a couple other estimates that I would have gone with. So be mindful when taking your car in to inquire and get all the information in advance before you turn over your key, and maybe it's not a good idea to turn your key over to Pacific Collision Centers.
