Freeway Trailer Sales

I was referred to these guys through a friend of a friend and went by yesterday to see if they could help. My RV windows are getting ready to pop out because the window stripping is shrinking, I met with Jeremiah who was fantastic, we discussed the problem, I went back and forth took pictures and Jeremiah quoted roughly $50.00 per window and if I could get the RV there they had some time. The next day I drove the RV to Freeway Trailer Sales and got some crotchety old fart who needs to learn how to smile if he’s going to talk with customers. Anyway I showed him the RV and there are 6 windows that need to be repaired, he quoted $800.00 for labor plus $300.00 in materials. I said that seems high, I talked with Jeremiah and the price should be around $300.00 total NOT $1100.00. We found Jeremiah who confirmed between $50 & 75 per window, but that the guy I was talking to was in fact the Owner. Wow, not only is the owner impolite, looks like he’s chewing on a lemon, but he also has no honor, instead of either agreeing to the price I was quoted, or even offering something close he basically said take it or leave it. I would never buy from Freeway Trailer Sales for two reasons, one the owner is flat out rude, and two I don’t trust them. If the owner is not honest enough to honor a quote then what keeps him from changing anything he says...? My suggestion is stay away from this business.

I guess anyone can have a bad experience but mine was excellent and I easily found what I was looking for. I was offered assistance by three different people and all were professional and friendly. I'll be back.
