I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. The ownership is run by two brothers Artem and John and so it is a family business.Let me first say that they had the absolute best pricing for the Mercedes model and year I was looking for in all of San Diego County (and even all of California and surrounding states). When I was looking for the model I wanted they actually had 2 potential cars in stock both at prices far below the competition.When I wanted a mechanic to take a look at both cars they were very helpful in bringing both cars to the mechanic that I chose and both cars were great cars and the dealer said they were in solid condition. Artem and John must be good at selecting the right cars where they buy them and both had low miles.Lastly, I had a few special requests and they saw the entire transaction through and truly treated me like family. I felt they totally went out of their way to make sure I was confident and comfortable with my purchase. Artem even stayed very late at night at work so that my wife who had a late night at her job could come see the car and test drive it.They also threw in several extra service items that I wanted last minute at no additional charge.In short, I highly recommend them and after many years of buying used cars I can say this was my best experience. One note, when I picked up the car from them it was detailed to perfection -- either Artem or John must have a professional background in detailing. It shows. Matt is the most honest business owner I have ever encountered. And I am no spring chicken. His prices cannot be beat and his expertise is beyond reproach. His shop of mechanics will not stop until they find the problem. For 5 years, they maintained my 18 year old Rav 4. Always fair and excellent work. Example: Repair for Air Conditioning 600.00 when I had been quoted 1800.00 Today I took in my car after running over a berm and had done some damage which created a noise/vibration. Within 1/2 hour, they found it after 2 road tests and some serious hunting. Voila, a bolt which had been knocked loose while jumping the berm. Cost for time and labor $0.00 Honest.... you bet! They have my business for life. I had already been quoted by Midas in Vista, because of damage I had caused from the berm@ 500.00 for rear struts and shocks but best to do front and back @ 848.00 or the car will be off kilter. Don't you love it??? Honesty, NOT!Take your car to Matt!!!

My husband, my 11 month old daughter a couple friends and I went here trying to look for a car, when we pulled in and got out of our car the guy that was supposed to be helping us came from the back of the dealership smelling like straight up weed! We were trying to talk to him but he was to out of it to speak! Absolutely ridiculous!

Have been a AAA member most of my life and never have been treated with such disrespect. I'm a women of color and from San Diego, work for the state in helping & assisting others of all nationalities and levels of status. Have been here with my husband and never experienced this this behavior. I pray no else will be treated this way.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I am very unhappy with the condescending treatment I received from a sales supervisor, that I had to contact, because the salesman that sold me the car, would not answer or return my calls. I love the car I bought, but it has issues & has been in a garage, that specializes in that particular car, since the first of October 2016. It has computer problems, that the garage is having trouble fixing. As soon as they fix a problem another one surfaces. I don't blame the garage, after all they are factory trained specialists. Yes, I understand about the 5 day return & the 30 day we will fix policies, but I was told sorry nothing we can do. There is always something that can be done. I feel like they saw a disabled, female (by herself), senior citizen, SUCKER. I have kept up the full coverage insurance & have paid $1400 in payments for a vehicle that won't run. I live in a rural area, with life threatening medical problems, on a low fixed income. I need a vehicle to get groceries, doctor appointments, & anything else I need. It's not easy to find someone to take me places as it's 30 miles to the nearest, small town, & further to other towns that are larger, when you can't afford to help with gas. I only want something reliable to drive. Is that really too much to ask? I've been sold something that refuses to function. I have no where to turn to. Shame on you CarMax, for taking advantage of me & refusing to do anything to make this right.
Took my 2000 Honda in for Maintanance Light, turned out I needed a Oil Change, had a dirty Air Filter, and my Power Steering fluid was low. They took care of it within two days. Pricing was reasonable, customer service was very informative, and the work was professional. Highly recommended.
