Absolute worst BMW dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Bought the “owners” car went back to them EIGHT months later and value went down 40k. Carmax and ford offered more. These guys are a joke. Stay away at all costs.

My husband, my 11 month old daughter a couple friends and I went here trying to look for a car, when we pulled in and got out of our car the guy that was supposed to be helping us came from the back of the dealership smelling like straight up weed! We were trying to talk to him but he was to out of it to speak! Absolutely ridiculous!

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I am very unhappy with the condescending treatment I received from a sales supervisor, that I had to contact, because the salesman that sold me the car, would not answer or return my calls. I love the car I bought, but it has issues & has been in a garage, that specializes in that particular car, since the first of October 2016. It has computer problems, that the garage is having trouble fixing. As soon as they fix a problem another one surfaces. I don't blame the garage, after all they are factory trained specialists. Yes, I understand about the 5 day return & the 30 day we will fix policies, but I was told sorry nothing we can do. There is always something that can be done. I feel like they saw a disabled, female (by herself), senior citizen, SUCKER. I have kept up the full coverage insurance & have paid $1400 in payments for a vehicle that won't run. I live in a rural area, with life threatening medical problems, on a low fixed income. I need a vehicle to get groceries, doctor appointments, & anything else I need. It's not easy to find someone to take me places as it's 30 miles to the nearest, small town, & further to other towns that are larger, when you can't afford to help with gas. I only want something reliable to drive. Is that really too much to ask? I've been sold something that refuses to function. I have no where to turn to. Shame on you CarMax, for taking advantage of me & refusing to do anything to make this right.

Had an exceptional experience at Karz Plus! Brian was very helpful and patient in helping me pick a car that suited my budget and me. Also, anything I needed fixed with the car I just call or text him right up and and I have it fixed at my earliest convenience. Overall great customer service and experience!
Everyone at Karz Plus are friendly and very helpful.I drove them nuts with all the questions that I was asking them. But they smiled all the way through it. I was afraid I was making the wrong decision because I was alone. But they helped out and I went home HAPPY!!!
* * * * * * Great service. Dropped the truck, walked the dog around the block and when I got back everything was ready to go. He even threw in the $20 discount. Too bad my regular place didn't answer the phone today because EP Smog just won my future business. Thanks
