I brought in a queen duvet cover with 2 pillow shams, at the time I dropped off the girl wrote down it would be $45.00. When I went to pick up, a different girl (with attitude) told me it was going to be $59.00 because the original quote didn't include the shams. I asked if they would honor the original quote and she said "no, they first girl didn't include the shams", I then said "so you would rather lose a customer over $14, she just said "I have to charge you for the shams". Of course the owner/manager wasn't there but if it were my business, I would give the only person working some leverage & customer service skills so as not to lose future business. There is so much competition in this area for dry cleaners and I have found another close by that has much better service.
Linen Service is definitely the place to go if you are looking for any type of linen or facility service for your business. A+ customer service!

I have used this dry cleaners for years with no problems. When I took my daughter's wedding dress for cleaning the owner checked it in and did not not any damage. (She is supposedly a fabric care expert.) When I picked it up a week later it was damaged beyond recognition. No one had called me and no one knew what had happened. When I had a meeting with the owners they denied any responsibility and blamed me for the damage. They sent it to Adco Independent Garment Analysis in Missouri for analysis. The report showed that the hydrocarbon process had not done the damage but indicated that excess moisture was involved. I called the tech at Adco and she agreed to test some new swatches. After a year of many phone calls and being told she had thrown the swatched into a corner and forgotten about them, I was told that she had retired and the company had been bought out. I tracked them down to a company in Georgia. The new tech had not info on my case but agreed to test new samples. He proved it was not the hydrocarbon process that had caused the damage. The swatch that was run through the laundry with high heat and a hot dryer matched the damage the most. When I sent his report to the Brodys they again accused me of putting the dress through multiple washing before bringing it to them. And they refused to refund the $79 cleaning fee. These people lack integrity and are unethical. Avoid them at all costs!The Footes no longer own this business. It is owned by Steve and Trudy Brody.
