I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. The ownership is run by two brothers Artem and John and so it is a family business.Let me first say that they had the absolute best pricing for the Mercedes model and year I was looking for in all of San Diego County (and even all of California and surrounding states). When I was looking for the model I wanted they actually had 2 potential cars in stock both at prices far below the competition.When I wanted a mechanic to take a look at both cars they were very helpful in bringing both cars to the mechanic that I chose and both cars were great cars and the dealer said they were in solid condition. Artem and John must be good at selecting the right cars where they buy them and both had low miles.Lastly, I had a few special requests and they saw the entire transaction through and truly treated me like family. I felt they totally went out of their way to make sure I was confident and comfortable with my purchase. Artem even stayed very late at night at work so that my wife who had a late night at her job could come see the car and test drive it.They also threw in several extra service items that I wanted last minute at no additional charge.In short, I highly recommend them and after many years of buying used cars I can say this was my best experience. One note, when I picked up the car from them it was detailed to perfection -- either Artem or John must have a professional background in detailing. It shows. My husband, my 11 month old daughter a couple friends and I went here trying to look for a car, when we pulled in and got out of our car the guy that was supposed to be helping us came from the back of the dealership smelling like straight up weed! We were trying to talk to him but he was to out of it to speak! Absolutely ridiculous!

Had an exceptional experience at Karz Plus! Brian was very helpful and patient in helping me pick a car that suited my budget and me. Everyone at Karz Plus are friendly and very helpful.I drove them nuts with all the questions that I was asking them. But they smiled all the way through it. I was afraid I was making the wrong decision because I was alone. But they helped out and I went home HAPPY!!!

While experiences with Escondido Auto Super Center vary and the authenticity of good comments on here are questionable. Here is my testimony: I purchased a vehicle in late August 2015. Immediately after driving the car the TPMS sensor light came on. I notified the dealership and they said to make an appointment with the service center which I did. I took the vehicle in and every time I drove away from the dealership with the promise that everything was fixed by Kohl(Cole, the service agent), the light continued to come on within three minutes from leaving the lot. This happened at least three times. The problem was eventually fixed at Mossy Nissan, the place they made an appointment at to take care of the problem for them. Furthermore, two months later, the vehicle began to burn oil. I made several phone calls and left messages to both the service center and the main office with no answer at times or with the promise that they will call me back, but nobody ever did. The vehicle's oil burning problem began to get worse, so I began to call and leave messages again. I spoke to Ruben and David with the guarantee that the manager would call me back, but he never did. I also spoke to Kohl in the service department and told him about the problem and mentioned that I purchased the extended warranty, Alpha Warranty Services. To my surprise as well as Alpha's he said they don't accept that warranty at Escondido Auto Super Center, but they do sell it. Alpha was completely shocked when I called them and told them this. I took the vehicle to Mossy Nissan and other license service centers and it was diagnosed with numerous engine problems. Further diagnosis meant taking the risk of paying about two thousand dollars out of pocket if the extended warranty did not cover the issues. Moreover, an inspector would have to come out and decide whether the issues are covered. I decided not to take the risk because I don't have the amount of money. After, I called Escondido Auto Super Center and finally spoke to the general manager, Jon. I told him the situation and asked him about a trade-in. Jon told me that the car has lost a lot of value because of the engine problems and that a trade-in results in negative equity and additional sales tax along with numerous other fees that come with a trade-in. He told me I would still have to pay off the vehicle because I wouldn't get much for it and I would have to pay for the trade-in vehicle also. Did they know about the pre existing engine problems? Perhaps. You really take an immense,I mean absolutely big, risk purchasing a car from Escondido Auto Super Center. Please keep in mind that all this occurred within four months of buying the vehicle.
