No follow thru, zero open houses. Our home was on market 3 different times within past 15years. Each time, it sold within a year. It's largest lot on its block, beautiful & a fantastic home. We were told that open houses would be done constantly & advertised to an aggressive market so that it could follow past buying trends. It went on market in July 2016, shown only twice & that was it. We moved out of state & we were even considering renting or selling. It never was placed on a renter market either.End result, our home is undergoing foreclosure process bc we moved out of state & just couldn't keep 2 homes going. My family and I are very disappointed @ the service we were given. I was even told that it was our fault for lack of communication... what did we need to articulate exactly? Did we need to schedule the open houses ourselves? Did we need to fly back home conduct walk through appointments? 2105 eastlawn was/is a great property but unfortunately our is take was trusting this company w/ our greatest investment.
If you are a college girl and enjoy your landlord stopping by without ANY notice and DEMANDING to look around your apartment while you home by yourself, the Collins Real Estate is the renter for you!!! All he cares about is how much money he can't force out of you.
