Promised a service call between 11 and 1. Received a call at 4, to say he was too far away and asked to reschedule for the following day between 11 and 1. Not a problem. Received a call from them the day of the service call asking if we could reschedule for the next 2 days. Told her no it was it inconvenient and we had plans and would not be home. She promptly told me they could not fulfill their promise to be here. Why didn't she just say she couldn't make it instead of asking? The reason being is that 2 of their people called off. Well I hate to say it but that is not my problem. They need to hire responsible competent people. Time for us to find a repair company who stands by their word.
This is the worst appliance service shop I've ever dealt with very unprofessional don't even try to call them they never return phone calls the technician is a joke he looked at my refrigerator and determined the motor was bad cave et emptor buyer beware!!!
This is the worst service company to deal with! Originally had a hard time getting anyone to answer or call back to set up an appointment, finally "Cindy" called to schedule the appointment and it wasn't what she thought the problem was (ignitor so he had to order the part, the whole switch was bad). It took Cindy 5 days to reschedule me to get the part put in the cook top, but the days she had open that week were not feasible for me so had to schedule the week after on a Monday. Got a call from Cindy telling me that the tech wanted to take that day off and could we reschedule for Wednesday, which I agreed to even though I was irritated as to having to wait AGAIN to have my cook top fixed BUT......then comes Wednesday....rushed to another appointment to get back in time for the service tech and guess what, CINDY calls asking if they could reschedule because they have a van broke down and the tech that was to come fix my appliance was helping the other tech who's van broke down! Are you serious? Piss poor customer care and don't give a royal hoot as to needing the business so they must be rolling in money to have the attitudes they have! Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER SERVICE! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS
Requested service back in September on my washer. Serviceman here on September 30, 2016. Gentleman said he would call and return the next week with a part for the washer. Never heard from him. I phoned the store back in October and was told by the service manager that the part was special order and he would call when the part was in. It is now the end of November and I never heard back from the store. If not interested in the repair service, wish the staff would have just told me!
Incredibly unprofessional. Had an appointment, the tech (Brandon) didn't show or call to say he wasn't showing. I would have expected a professional to arrive or at least call first thing the following morning, after a missed appointment, but that didn't happen either. After calling a few times to try to get an answer (from Cindy) on when I was on the schedule, I gave up and decided to just order the parts and fix it myself.
