His nurse, Mirela Vila is worthless. She's very polite, if you can get her on the phone. I say if because you can call her and NEVER get a call back. At one point Chuck's wife, who answers the phones, said "She hasn't called you back yet?! I guess I am going to have to go over her head."

I am a heart patient and I was on a medication that I was not tolerating at all and I had to call her for 6 months to get off of it. I asked nearly every month, and at one point twice a week for over a month for a cardiology referral.

At one point she lied to me about sending in a new prescription. Even though I had told her I just got off the phone with the pharmacy, she still insisted she sent in the prescription. I ended up getting another primary because I could not get her to send in a prescription for a medication which I had only 7 pills left.
