Horrible appraiser and very dishonest. Didn't even log proper information about the location he was appraising. Did not consider finishing a basement or putting in new floors as an home upgrade. Wasn't able to count the correct amount of bathrooms in the house. Very, very bad job. Stated no changes were made in the last 15 years of owning the home. I guess Expansion of laundry room, added French drain in back yard, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, a finished basement and extending the driveway are not considered home improvements.
