Dr Wroblesky is a mild mannered man. His staff are beyond rude and I find their behavior unacceptable for a supposed child friendly environment. His mother is his receptionist and his brothers assist him. His mother has treated my family. She has an attitude on most occasions, no matter how kind you are to her. she refused to schedule any of our appointments, gather any of our records or mail any of our follow up information. she constantly messes up appointment times. I set up an appointment with her when I first started going and she handed me an appt card. When I arrived she said that I read the card wrong and my child couldn't be seen. She hung up the phone on me just while attempting to set an appts from that day forward. I went to get copies of our records to enroll my child into school when we move and he allowed his brother to literally scream at me about how much of an inconvenience I was causing by requesting them. his brother insisted that I had requested them three times; however, this was my second time in the office since we left. I was prepared to pay if there was an issue. All because his mother refuses to handle my files. I called to let them know that I was submitting a complaint and she hung up on me.

youn people are seriously dumb as hell. he is a very nice guy and maybe you need to work on your skills your immature and ugly.

Actually my 2 daughter's go to him and he is a very friendly guy. And his office is not old fashioned and it is always clean. He is not in it for money either he is one of the few dentists in Erie who will take the Access,Gateway,Unison medical. And the fluoride he uses is a stronger one than you buy in a store instead of the foam kind a lot of dentists use.

We saw this "dentist" as well( well my 4 daughters). Very unprofessional in appearance since he wore torn jeans and tshirt. His office was old fashioned and I question cleanliness with the tools. A flouride application was mouthwash ( something we do at home anyways). He wanted me to medicate my 2 yr old for a cleaning and gave me referrals for my 2nd daughter and the specialists he referred us to wouldn't take a child under 12. He mumbled so many times I couldn't understand what he told me. He has no personable skills with children. He is at the bottom of the barrel for those folks who have little to no dental insurance. I was extremely disappointed and I don't recommed this dentist at all.

this dentist refused to examine my daughter who was in a lot of pain, because she had no insurance. she left the office unexamined to go get cash before he would even touch her tooth. he must be in this for money only!!! where is the caring heart of this individual?

I wouldn't recommend this "dentist" to anybody. He isn't personable at all. His staff is great but he should work on his dentistry and his people skills. When he filled a cavity I was ready to walk out. This guy had me in tears.
