I enjoyed Snap Fitness when I was a member. Due to financial constraints, I had to cancel my membership as I have limited funds as a student. I signed the necessary paperwork only to find that my card was continued to be charged. I contacted the fitness center multiple times via email and phone. I was completely ignored and eventually had to involve my credit card company to have the charges refuted. It was an unnecessary waste of time and very unprofessional on their part.

the facilities are a 3 at most! this is a "fitness club", NOT a gym for serious exercise & muscle growth!! If your goal is to work on overcrowded, sub-par machines (they look good, but about 1/3 are bio-mechanically NOT good for the body!), or simply cardio machines (not an optimal type of cardio btw), then this "club" is passable.the trainers available are a 4. most are knowledgeable, but unless you pay an insane monthly fee (hell to break their contract btw!) then they will usually ignore you, even if they see you performing exercises wrong, overweight, or physically harmful!the management is the reason why they deserve a ONE STAR! the "fitness consultants" will lie to your face to get you to lie, which is against three separate federal laws, but once they get you to sign they will charge for two years no matter what!! you can get sick, hospitalized, move out of the country or even die & the charges will automatically be billed as it is hell or break their contract!! they are not BBB accredited, and have had 13 recent complaints filed against them for their unethical business practices!!truly one of the worst companies to sign a contract with!!
