Ruthless and uneducated in no professionalism or good moral to be honest and they did not disclose the transmission was failing for a family car and charged me for it as if the transmission was Toyota manufactured
Chris is a crooked and will lie to your face. Even if you get a good vehicle he will play games with the title and getting it registered. Not sure how he is in business. I had the Police take care of it because he was calling my wife vile names. Totally unprofessional and crooked. I will not forget this National Auto and everyone I come in contact with will know too.
Excellent service! Professional team. Great prices. Stopped in to have some maintenance completed on my SUV. Couldn't be happier!
Made buying a car quick and easy. Great customer service. Completely satisfied with my purchase. Salesmen are very helpful and friendly. Need a car come to them and they will get you in a new car same day.
They have went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed and wanted! Worked with me patiently for a few weeks until they figured out how to get me what I wanted. I have never been more pleased with customer service anywhere. I definitely recommend checking this place out, I know right where to go when I'm ready for a new car!
This place is not trustworthy. The association between the owner and his so called brother cost my girlfriend 250 dollars for tires that were absolutely junk. I will not let this rest until she has her hard earned cash returned.
They sold me tires for $250 all four were junk and they refused to give my money back... buyers beware!!
Do not buy a car from Chris at Nation Auto Sales. He's a complete scammer. He sold us a car with a broken air conditioner. He told us it just needed a charge, and he hadn't gotten around to doing it. We believed him. Turns out it was the condensor, of course. He said he would help us out with any issues the car might have, all we had to do was contact him. Again, total lies! The worst part is he also sold us a warranty for $800, that no garage will take because it's a scam. When I confronted him, he said that the only purpose a warranty serves is to make the purchaser feel better. I don't feel better at all! This man is the epitome of a sleezy car salesman, and his place of business is filthy. Take your money where to a place that will earn your business.
Bought a 2004 Rendezvous on August 18th, $3200. cash and traded in my motorcycle as well. Left the vehicle there overnight so they could install a bracket and fix sunroof. Driving the vehicle home from Erie (I live in Meadville) the tranny began slipping, between 40-50 mph it would start jerking. I called owner Chuck immediately and voiced my concerns about the tranny and also that the sunroof was still not fixed. He first said that he would take care of it, and he'd call me back. He never called back and dodged my calls for several days. I took the vehicle to my usual mechanic and they discovered a busted driveshaft underneath. I took pictures and sent them to the saleman I had dealt with. He replied the owner lost money on the deal and wasn't going to make things right. Less than 1 month later, and now all dashlights will go out WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING IT..... Headlights even go out leaving you completely blind at night. I attempted to contact Bizzarro's with no response.
Mark Brown and Jason O'neil were extremely helpful and not pushy when we went looking for a new vehicle. Every dealership I've been to has the 'typical' salesman trying to push you into buying their cars. These guys were totally different and were helpful with everything.. Thank you for all you did for our family. It means a lot..........
