My issue isn't so much with the waiting area, it's more or less with the staff and the food. I find few pleasant workers and actually serve an order in a reasonable amount of time while it's still hot. Unfortunately I have to put my lettuce back on my McChicken. I use to work in the fast food business, and I know from experience that it doesn't take 15 mins to serve 2 sandwiches, a small fry and 2 med drinks with an empty lobby. But the one lady that works second makes awesome frappes.
I am a case manager and I frequent all 3 Mcdonalds in the area and spend money in all 3. I work with the mentally ill and homeless population and I never buy food while with a client however today I was told to buy food or get out. When I refused I was threatned with the police being called in me. I am a asset not a threat to the Erie Community and feel this behavior by a manger in this establishment was unacceptable
I like the food, SLOW DRIVE THRU SERVICE. You do not tell every car to wait at least 3-5 minutes to get their order. People were leaving in the line behind me.
Clean and friendly service. The manager and crew are very friendly and speedy. I don't usually like McDonald's either. The bathroom was even amazingly clean during lunch hour too.
