I found the staff here to be professional and understanding. I found the folks at the lawn mower repair place in boulder to be almost rude, in fact, when they sold me the wrong replacement part, I paid cash for it, they didn't want to refund but give me a in store credit for which I had no use. After complaining I was a 20 year customer they finally gave me $25.00 back. I always thought to just deal with them, they're close, local support etc. but their time line is after 3 weeks they've finally taken apart my mower but the parts are all in a box with no explanation or close to when I might get it back. After years of dealing with them I found I would have to pester them. They're always expensive. Total power at 2 weeks is worth the drive. I found them reasonable & competitive in prices for parts and labor.

Good work, I'd recommend After moving to Erie from Longmont I was happy to see this business close and local. I've used Total Power in Erie for a couple different repair/work issues with my equipment (lawn mower repair, blade sharpening and snow blower repair). I was very happy with the quality of service and the people working there. They provided accurate estimates on price and schedule. Final prices were right on and the equipment was ready when they said it would be. I'd recommend their services to anyone.

I wish I could give fewer than one star. The customer service is beyond terrible. They NEVER call to say anything is ready, they don't order parts in a timely manner, until you call after weeks to remind them to order the parts. They actually lost parts from our snowblower. It took numerous phone calls just to get them to order the parts. We brought our snowblower in for repairs in mid February. When I went to pick it up on May 28th, it still wasn't done. For the delays, damaging our equipment, and horrendous customer service, we didn't even get an ""I'm sorry."" If you have the nerve to complain, the sales person (Danny in this case) will ignore you and simply walk away. This company is the WORST!!!
AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM!
