We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Joe at AutoTraders! We got a great deal and our trade in price was fair as well. Their customer service is outstanding. We won't bother looking around for our next vehicle-we'll just go back to AutoTraders.

I bought an SUV from them. They are super nice when you are buying the cart. However, the car broke down not even a month after we bought it. We called them and they tried to blame it on us. What ever you do do NOT buy a car from here. They won't do anything to help you.
I made an appointment to come see a car and after driving an hour I was told by the owner's partner that said cat had been sold A WEEK EARLIER! I called the owner to ask about this and he very rudely told me to buy a different car or go home then screamed obscenities at me and hung up on me! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and doing everything in my power to have this swindler's license taken away!
Refused to repair a problem. Said it was a glitch. I got the impression they just wanted to sell me as lemon and get away without honoring their warranty.

I was very happy with my new car but even happier with the customer service I received after buying my car. They are always friendly and go out of there way to help. I will go back in the future
I recently found Jon and Autotraders on Ebay and my experience with them has been nothing but amazing. I dealt with Jon while in another state and he demenstrated great communication and knowledge in selling and shipping to out of state buyers. The whole experience has been perfect and i wouldnt ask for a better seller. Hope to come across more businesses like Autotraders Int.Keep up the good work Jon!
I was recently browsing online for used Cadillac Escalades, and came across this dealer on an online venue. The price was great, the car looked very well kept, and the salesman that I spoke with (I will not reference his name here) seemed very accomodating and ready to help. I let him know that I would be traveling nearly two and a half hours to look at this vehicle today, and he said it sounded great. The trouble comes in when just as I was getting ready to step out my front door to travel, I pulled up the web page to get the address for the GPS and the asking price for the car had been raised an extra $1,000, both on their website and also on the online venue that I had located the dealership/vehicle on. This seems to be the ultimate "bait-and-switch" type of game that you find with so many other dealerships, and it's really disappointing because this seemed to be the small-town, honest dealership I was looking to purchase from. BUYER BEWARE -- MAKE SURE that you are not deceived as I was with their advertising. Also, after calling to speak with the salesman regarding this issue, I did not receive a telephone call back; I had to call them back and I was told I would still be given the original price just for me... No thank you.
So easy to deal with. Everything was easy and everything was great. I love my car and dealing with these guys was the best car buying experience I ever had. No pressure and no gimmicks or games, they got me a great price my car came with a new inspection and new tires everything was great. They worked with me on price and got me financing. Everything could not have worked out better. I would definitely go back.
