My sister tried to exchange a gift given to my mother by my wife and myself, they refused to exchange as she didn't have the receipt but all the tags were still there,I am disabled and now I have to drive there and I don't live close to return my mother's items along with everything else I bought that day ,I will give my money to someone who appreciates it customers. It's no wonder your parking lot is empty and you are closing stores .being that you are part of Sears they have lost my business also .your management must of worked for Ames and jamesway.. Avoid this company their return policy sucks
