Worst service ever! Rookie salesman couldn't see a great deal if it slapped him in the face! Also, he tried lying to me about what the vehicle was worth (KBB) when the carfax was right in front of me saying otherwise. Go to a more professional dealer, don't waste your time.
My car buying experience with Art Gamblin motors was an experience I have never had at any other dealership. The car I was looking at buying was a 2007 Subaru Tribeca. They brought the car to my work in Tacoma for a test drive all the way from Enumclaw, which I thought was unheard of in the car industry. Then, when I went to sign the papers they had everything ready and the price was the same as we had discussed over the phone no hidden surprises. Although, it was a fantastic buying experience the car is not so great it has been in the shop 3 of the last 5 weeks since I bought it and it is sitting in my driveway not drive able right now, the manger Tom Rebek assured me they would make it right. They will be picking my car up at my home on Friday to see if they can figure out what might be going on with the car and giving me a loaner to drive. I will update next week when the problem has been found and hopefully fixed. Well, they have had my car for four days and claim it is the headlight delay that has caused all of the problems with the car. I guess we will see if that is in fact the case. Keep you posted if this last episode to their location fixed it or if I will be out of a car once again. If I will continue to have problems getting any where and missing more work. As, they do not do what they say they will do. I was told they were taking the car to Subaru and once again it never left their shop. I will update the status of the car in a week or less if the car is not fixed letting you know the status of the car.
