I have did many transactions through this Post Office and they are rude and does not present any knowledge of customer service. Vicki cut me off multiple of times while trying to solve an issue, she over talked me and placed me on hold for 8:16 seconds. I always try to work with Brittany when I come she seems to be the one with most gratitude and seems as if she actually like her job. This post office needs to be restaffed, customer service is horrible
I have lived in Enterprise all of my life. The Enterprise post office is awful!!!!!!! There are always lines, the employee's act like you owe them something and they are not helpful in ANYWAY!!!! I took my box in, with my printed return receipt, on my 30 minute lunch break, stood in line and when I got to the window the gentlemen proceeded to tell me that " Since you are getting a discount for shipping it back (because the sender is paying for it to be returned) you will have to provide your OWN TAPE to put the receipt on the box." Hello!!! MY OWN TAPE!!!! Knowing that I wouldn't have any tape in my pocket!!!! How helpful you are!!!! You work with postage and as far as I'm concerned THAT IS YOUR JOB!!! You get paid to be nice and courteous and to take my mail and or any postage that I may have to be mailed. All that had to be done is to tape the receipt on the box, punch a few keys on the computer and give me a receipt and tell me when it will be delivered. At that point I would have been on my way. No wonder people go postal!!!!! Oh and by the way, I went to the Daleville Post Office that same afternoon and I was met with a smile. I told her that I didn’t have any shipping tape and she indicated NO PROBLEM!!! I can do that for you and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes!!
