Update:Jamie Christian went above and beyond to assist me yesterday with the used vehicle I purchased and took care of me with a minor issue that came up.

I am walking away a very satisfied customer with my Dodge Journey. The 3,000 mile limited warranty comes with their used vehicles and the issue I came across was immediately addressed, I couldn't have asked for anything more. You won't beat the pricing or the customer service or even the 3,000 mile 3 month warranty that's offered on their used vehicles. Gives you reassurance after purchasing a used vehicle that you will be taken care of if any issues arise. In addition I called with a minor issue and was immediately told to bring the vehicle in the next day to be serviced at no charge. Most dealerships would have booked an appointment but Sam Boswell squeezed me right in.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who has less than perfect credit...I went there after Levi practically blew up my phone for me to come in. All the way from Defuniak Springs Florida. He insisted that I drive a car that he swear I had...pretty much wasted my time. I was tired as hell from working all day...got me all excited..said he would call me the next day after and that would give him enough time to detail the SUV so they could bring it to me the next day. The next day was his off day so he never called no one did and when I called I found out I wasnt approved. ..this is a long story made short. They werent even going to call me. The receptionist is very rude..they just need to be more considerate of people and their time whether a sale is made or not..they could have at least called..because maybe when thing straighten out for me I would come back because a person will remember how well you treated them no matter what the outcome was at least thats how I am..I remember people and places who are kind and treated me like a person no matter if the deal went through or not.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. THEY ARE THE MOST CROOKED PEOPLE TO BUY FROM. WE BOUGHT A 2007 PONTIAC TORRENT LESS THAN A YEAR AGO... AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICHLE.
