Dr Lowe and her staff took great care of me. She took the time to explain my treatment plan. I felt comfortable and at ease. She is a great dentist.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT go here. To make a long story short I called with concerns about my daughters teeth. She had been complaining about pain. I called this dentist and told them about the issues, I also voiced my concerns about my daughter and her anxiety as I was concerned this procedure was going to be rough for her.... and the receptionist continued to assure me that everything would be fine and they have worked with tons of kids and they understand dental anxiety. I felt good following the call that they understood my concerns and that they would accommodate my daughter as needed. The day of the appointment came and as I expected my daughter was pretty nervous. The dentist claims that she kept trying to grab the instruments but that was not the case. She reached for his hand when he was putting the topical numbing gel on her gums and he explained to her that she couldn't do that while he was working on her mouth with the instruments... she just didn't know what he was doing and that was her natural reaction. So he told her to sit on her hands and if at any time she felt pain to raise her hand and they would stop working to get her readjusted. Towards the end of the procedure she felt some pain so as the doctor instructed her she raise her hand and that is when the dentist claimed that she was grabbing for the tools but she wasn't she was doing what he instructed her to do. Then he told me that he felt it would be best to have her sedated for the remaining work because she was grabbing at the tools and that we couldn't come back to that office for any work... really?! She is only 6-years-old, of course she is going to be nervous and may have some anxiety.. I would expect that from a child her age. To top it off nothing that I portrayed to the receptionist when I originally called was documented or noted on her chart. I am very disappointed in this dentist and the way they treated us because my daughter was nervous and I would not recommend them to anyone!
