DO NOT GO HERE!!! Really poor communication and service. You will be charged for things you know nothing about and you were never told about until you go to pickup.

I've allowed Ennis Ford to service my F150 for 1 year now and I must express my complete satisfaction to this day. The service department is extremely knowledgeable on repairs and a very cost efficient unlike other surrounding cities. They have a great Team there and they all work well together.…
In response to the comment above...I have been doing business with Eagle Auto long before they came to Ennis, Texas. They are no doubt a very credible company. Buying a used car is a gamble and for the prices that Eagle Auto is willing to sell you a vehicle it is very much worth the gamble. I…
I bought a car from these guys back on 10/4/2010, and the transaction went ok, and they took my old car in trade. Ok, so far. But, the after-sale aspect of their service is where they really fail, and do so miserably.I still haven't gotten my title nor my plates, and the man in charge speaks l…

A great place to buy a Polaris. They even discounted a new 2014 RZR 1000. They had one outfitted just about as I needed. Action is great but the RZR 1000 is amazing. Thanks Guys!
Wow they must have gotten all new staff cause I was told to read my manual and play with it when I asked about my Bluetooth and was constantly lied to.also next day my sales person sexually harassed me they wouldnt let me unwind my deal but was willing to give me the authorization to fire the sales person and once they did they told him it was me,Now this sales person knows all my info! Not good
Allen Samuels takes advantage and lies to people! I had the worst experience of my life there! Giving them one star was being nice!
Richard was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me. He was friendly and very kind to my children. I will definitely send my friends and family here.
I bought a car from these guys back on 10/4/2010, and the transaction went ok, and they took my old car in trade. Ok, so far. But, the after-sale aspect of their service is where they really fail, and do so miserably.I still haven't gotten my title nor my plates, and the man in charge speaks little English. I've been instructed to go back to get plates only to be recieving a 30-day temporary title...twice. It is now the middle of December, 12/13/2010, to be exact, and I still don't have my plates, nor do I know where they are. The owner has told me 2 different things: one was that the title was in my name but my name was misspelled, which would take a couple of days to fix. Then, when my first 30-day title was due to expire, he mentioned something about the title of the car being in Austin, Texas. I've been instructed by the owner to do many things, from meeting him at his office to meeting him in a Walmart parking lot, to get my temporary plates. In every single case, the owner was more than an hour late, if he even showed up at all. The worst part was on the day before Thanksgiving, instead of preparing for the holiday, I had to drive around, with an expired 30-day tag, mind you, nearly 50 total miles, spanning over 4 hours, to finally meet with the owner to get my temporary tags. Still no plates, nor a call regarding their whereabouts. If you want a quick transaction for a decent used car, these guys are ok. If you like being given the run-around by a company with very few English-speaking employees who don't know squat about your title or other post-purchase related details, then by all means, purchase a car from these guys. Otherwise, steer clear....very, very, very clear. Here's to having to hire an attorney to get my legally-purchased used car's tags and plates.
