Walked in for an estimate on iPhone 6s. Already bought a replacement screen but didn't have the full set up and didn't understand everything right off. So basically asking him to explain it he started to get an attitude and just being rude. I walked out and will take my business else where.

Took my screen to get fixed. Picked it up, worked for 30 minutes and then wouldn't work (same issue i took it in for). They acted like it was my fault but kept it over night. . I go back to pick up my phone and the screen was fixed but they did something where it wouldn't except my sim card. So i could make or send calls/texts. Had to drive to the city to get it fixed. I was out the $200 express charged me and gas to the city. Never again will i go there again!!!!!
I called to get an estimate to possibly get my phone fixed. When i asked the guy on the phone if i was gonna have any problems once i got my phone back he began talking over me, he was extremely rude. When i tried explaining my question he became irrate very unprofessional, and then proceeded to hang up on me. In all honesty this place of buisness does NOT deserve even a single star in my opinion.
So I brought my iPhone 5s into the store on a Friday to get the cracked screen fixed. I told the guy I needed my phone back before 330 and he said that he could do that. I then paid him and left and returned. He told me that the screen that they had was defective and they were getting more tomorrow(Saturday). So he have me back my phone and I later found out that he had messed up my screen to the point it didn't even work. I brought it back on Saturday and told him the same thing that I needed the phone before a certain time once again I was told that he would get it done. I return at 5 and was told my an old Chinese guy that the screen was defective and that he would get more on Monday so I left my phone till Monday. I then called up to the store to ask if the phone was ready when the Chinese guy on the phone who could barely even speak English started yelling at me and eventually hung up on me. I then drove to the store where he continued to yell at me and when I said I wanted my money back he acted as if I was crazy. Threw my cash and the receipt back at me and told me to leave his store. In my opinion very unprofessional. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
