Do not rent your home through this company. They fix items without prior authorization, say they will send monthly statements and maybe send them quarterly, pay your property taxes on incorrect dates and when you finally come to your senses and fire them they don't change any addresses on invoices or bills so you run the risk of non-payment, having services shut off or your home insurance being cancelled. Avoid at all costs. One star to two too many.

These people are notorious for ripping off renters. At one time they were black listed from Air Force renters. Will find a way to keep your deposit. Don't rent or buy from them.

This is the worst Company to date I have worked with, they don't care what they rent you. If the home is spider infested (Brown Reclouse) & you have babies that pest control companies WILL NOT SPRAY because of neurological damage to your baby, this company will do NOTHING TO HELP!!! I asked if she could get us another Rental, Mary said NO & if there was such a thing as a State Spider it would be the BROWN RECLOUSE....that's it that's how you solve my terrifying dilemma with small children and an infant!! They clearly do not care about you just the money you hand over.......I will NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! Did I mention Never....lol
