Beware!!! Sad situation... I used to eat here quite a bit years ago. Always delivered good food, but they have taken a horrible turn downward. I got food poisoning from the teriyaki chicken two years ago and swore I would never return. Had a moment of weakness when someone suggested I join them, and decided to give them another shot. Because hey, things happen! Nope.....even worse. The service was far superior than it ever has been in the past, but with the positive change in wait staff-- it couldn't save the food. The miso soup and veg. tempura were still very good, but my chicken was extremely UNDERcooked. It was actually still bloody! That is absolutely unacceptable. No flavor, kinda chewy...those things I can manage. But nope, not even cooked is something that can't go unnoticed. I couldn't believe the health concern I stumbled upon, and after the fourth bite...YUCK. I was lucky the teriyaki is served on the side, or I wouldn't have noticed myself. Just beware!

I come only because it's the last place in Enid for Japanese food. The servers are very unattentive and I waited 15 minutes for my drinks. The food is usually mediocre and they kept forgetting to bring my food to me!! Even giving people who arrived 30 minutes after us their miso soup before us. Awful. Just awful.
Long but worth the read...Customers BEWAREArrived behind a couple at lunch, keep in mind only three other tables with customers in entire building... We have eaten here six-eight times, not best, but it is Sushi.Twenty minutes after being seated still no drinks or order taken. The couple that came in in front of us, already receiving their lunch. 25 minutes...server comes up to get drink order, we ask to order food at same time. We order food but unlike the several other times we ordered the same thing with cream cheese, we are told it will be .75 for each roll. Never being charged for this prior, I asked why and the server said because the owner says so. I say okay charge me but I'd like to talk to the manager please. She says no problem,. 35 minutes mark, get our drinks, 52 minutes we get our food and then I see the owner walk out the door...she didn't stop to talk.Hour and fifteen minutes...we go to pay, ask if that was the manager that left, server said yup. I paid, left the five dollar tip (very nice server) and ask for a piece of paper. Wrote down my number and full name and stated to the server please have manager call me, if she doesn't call me back, we will not be back. Thinking, in this world of customer service, she'll call me back and we can discuss why I was charged extra and the very slow service.Now this is what REALLY HAPPENED...instead of calling me back, she called the Base I am stationed and asked for the Wing Commander...said I was rude and disrespectful and never welcome there again. Yup, that really happened! If I worked at Walmart/Ford/Mall would you call the Regional Manager or CEO of the company. Just because I am military, am I not aloud to ask why I am being charged extra or why it took 52 minutes to get my food when there wasn't even ANY customers in the building after 40 minutes? Don't worry Owner/Manager I won't be back, because you don't deserve the business I provide. Instead you will have two customers on a day like this instead of three. I am disappointed. Especially because I was very nice to the server as well as left her a generous tip, even after the long wait. Does not seem rude or disrespectfully to me. If I were mad or upset, as the majority of people do, I would have never left her a tip or my full name and phone number. Why would you call to track down the Wing Commander saying I was rude and disrespectful, when you didn't even give me the courtesy to talk to me. You had no idea if I were really rude or disrespectful or not.
