I Love Kickboxing

ILK Englewood is great! All the trainers there are kind and as a newbie, I’m learning a lot from them. They always push me to try my best, and the workouts can be challenging but rewarding. I always feel awake after class, and they have many classes I’m available to attend.

I have never considered myself a fit or strong person. I started going to ILKB-Englewood in October 2017 as something to try with friends and ended up becoming a member. The classes are fun and the instructors are awesome. They all take the time to get to know each individual member and also make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. I have noticed changes in my body since joining, but this has not been my motivation for attending. My motivation is that these classes have made me feel strong and confident in my physical ability. I am 40 years old and I am able to do things I could not do at 20. You can start at your own pace and grow from there. Give them a try. 🥊

iLoveKickboxing is awesome! The staff are really nice and help you with anything without you feeling embarrassed or anything like that. They make you feel at home as soon as you step in to the studio, everything is so clean and motivational. They all make you work hard and even though it might be difficult at first at the end it will be worth it, you will feel good about yourself and it even helps you with stress relief. iLoveKickboxing is the place to go to reach your fitness goal!

I absolutely love this place, I have been a member since Nov 2018 & this place has changed my life! I already lost 12lbs and feel awesome and this place is in another level, starting from the owners & instructors they will treat you like family where you can feel more confortable & appreciated! They take your workout very serious & always push you to do better! I love my ILBK FAM 💪🏽🥊
