WellDyneRx charged my credit card without my approval. They neither asked for permission nor informed me that they were doing so. The customer service representatives with whom I spoke acknowledged that the Finance Department did indeed charge a balance to the card without notice or request. Per a paper statement I had recently received, a check for the balance in question was in the mail at the time I learned the charge had been placed on my credit card. The Finance Department refused to reverse the charge until they received my check.Charging this balance to my credit card without my authorization was wrong and feels illegal to me. (Although I suspect there is some fine print in the terms and conditions of use to which I agreed that covers them in this kind of situation.) Acknowledging that the charge was placed without my authorization or notice to me but saying they won't reverse it until they have the check feels like bullying. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere in the future and suggest you do too.
I am so dissatisfied with this company. I had an order they shipped on October 13th which I have never received. They said I had to wait a month before they could reship the order to make sure it never was found and delivered. Thank goodness it wasnt my diabetic meds or I dont know what i would have done. I waited the month it never showed up. Called them back yes they verified I never got it and would reship. Mind you evertime I call you can never speak to the same person. Waited a couple weeks again. Nothing. Called back get someone else. No record they were going to reship or that the shipment was verified as lost. This person had to retrack yes it was not delivered and yes she would reship. Again waited. Nothing received. Called back again. Requested supervisor. Again retracked package yes not received but now need a new script from doctor because they can't refill a presciption that didn't have a refill on it. I explained it wasnt a refill that I never received the original shipment which she had already verified for herself. She appologized and explained it was how her system worked. By now it has been 2 months since the original shipment. I explained thjs and she said she would send the shipment next day air when they received the new script. I called dr they resent the script. Just called them today because this was almost 2 weeks ago. Was told that it shipped on December 15. I asked what happened to the next day air shipping. She said there wasnt anything noted on my acct about that. Ugh!! So asked where package was. She traced it and it is due today! I thought awesome! She then asked did I want to go ahead and make a payment today. She told me my balance and it was double what it should have been. I questioned it and she said I had to pay for the package I never received. I requested her supervisor. She connected me with her manager Frances. Frances informed me they were not Amazon, that once a package shipped it was not their concern they had no control over it, it was out of their control. I would still have to pay for it and she would not waive the charges??!?!!? Of course I told her I would not pay fir something I didn't receive. So now I'm screwed I know after I hung up she flagged my account as payment before shipment so any future meds would not be shipped until paid for. I am sure she felt very powerful. If i could give this company negative stars I would. So very dissatisfied and screwed by this company.
Unable to process and keep insurance information accurately. Unable to rectify own errors in processing. No one has the authority to fix anything. Even the supervisors are not empowered to correct processing mistakes.
