This allows our patients participating in our 8 weeks to wellness program to have their workout, receive their chiropractic adjustment, and have muscle work done all in one appointment. We believe that there are several factors that will help you attain health and wellness, including chiropractic, massage, exercise, nutrition, and meditation.
